20 years of Professional Dance (hip hop, contemporary), former muay thai athlete and coach, master coach in silat and meditation, tv/commercial producer/director, former MTV Asia host, former art gallery owner, entrepreneur and last but not least 5 years experience of running spin classes at a rate of 80-120 classes per month, that's roughly 6000+++ classes!
