She injects just the right amount of heart-thumping intensity to get you stronger on the bike, working both your lower and upper body. Expect party tunes, power sprints, fun double times, and lots of electric energy!


Julia loves strength training and being a cardio bunny in equal measure. She kick-started her fitness journey over a decade ago doing 5km runs that eventually led her to complete a 42km full marathon. Music, lights, and the incredible community drew her into rhythmic cycling, while lifting weights helped her go from her first push-up to her tenth pull-up.

All this put together has enabled her to carry the mental and physical gains over to her daily life as a manager in the comms industry, a spinstructor who loves growing with her riders, and that embarrassing friend who laughs (read: cackles) far too loud in public.
